The Value of a Bespoke Retreat
No. You set the agenda and lead the content because you know your team best. I design the retreat around that, so the flow, the environment, and the logistics so your sessions land exactly the way you want them to.
Do you lead the working sessions?
I design retreats for as few as 3–5 people if you’re planning a senior leadership or executive team gathering, and up to 15–20 people for a full-team offsite. The goal is to keep the group small enough for genuine connection and productive work, while large enough to include the right voices at the table.
What’s the ideal team size?
Four to six months is ideal (or even sooner if you'd like a July or August retreat). It gives us the best choice of venues and experiences. If you’re working on a tighter timeline, I can still make it happen, but options may be more limited.
How far in advance should we plan?

What is the investment for working with Italy Offsite?
The retreats I design are intentional from start to finish. The setting, pacing, and flow are built to help your team do their best work. But the success of the work sessions ultimately comes down to you and your team. This means the ideas, decisions, and actions are yours. My role is to remove every possible obstacle so you can focus on what matters most.
Will this actually be productive, and who’s responsible for that?
Yes. I can coordinate transfers from any major Italian airport directly to your retreat location. Your team is responsible for booking flights to and from Italy. Once you arrive, I take care of everything else.
do you arrange airport transfer?
Once we agree on your retreat plan, almost none. I handle venue sourcing and booking, transport within Italy, meals, activities, and on-site coordination. You’ll get clear timelines so you always know what’s happening without having to manage it yourself.
