I design intentional retreats in Italy that give teams the space, structure, and inspiration to do their best work. With a background in teaching, leadership, and coaching, and nearly a decade living in Italy, I know how much the right environment can transform the way people connect, focus, and perform.
I believe environment changes people. The right setting, pace, and rhythm unlock new energy and perspective. Every retreat I design blends meaningful work with Italy’s unmatched hospitality: from long conversations over espresso to shared moments your team will carry forward into their work and beyond.
My journey started with a trip to Italy in 2015. What was supposed to be one year living here turned into seven, working in international schools across the country. Along the way, I saw how environments, not just physical spaces, but structure and flow, determine how people show up and do their best work.
After a year away, returning with a group of students confirmed it: Italy sparks presence, curiosity, and connection immediately. That’s when Italy Offsite was born. I don’t run your sessions or dictate your agenda, I design everything around your goals so you arrive in Italy to a retreat that is seamless, purposeful, and unforgettable.
As an educator, I’ve also seen what happens when that spark fades. Too many bright, curious kids grow into adults who enter the workforce only to feel drained, misaligned, or uninspired. Companies lose their edge when people lose their spark.
That’s why I started Italy Offsite. These retreats are my way of helping teams reconnect with what makes them effective and alive, like clarity, alignment, and energy, by designing environments that restore focus and flow. I don’t run your sessions or dictate your agenda. I design the space, pace, and details around your goals, so your team leaves Italy more connected and ready to move forward together.
